How can I purchase the card?
You can purchase your individual or family card easily at the ticket desk of one of the participating museums (see the list HERE).

How much does it cost?
€10 for the individual card; € 18 for the family option.
I purchased a paper card in a museum, but it would be more convenient not to keep it in my wallet but to use only the digital one. Is that possible?
Once you have purchased a paper card, it is no longer possible to create a digital version, and you must present the paper one at each museum entrance. We advise you to photograph it and keep a digital copy of it on your telephone/in your email, or, alternatively, you can use the Stocard app to save it on your telephone, adding it to other cards with the label “FMScard musei senesi”.
I lost my card, what should I do?

How long do I have to activate my card purchased online?
Your card is valid for 365 days from the date you select at the time of purchase.
I planned my visit and purchased my card – what should I do when I’m at the museum?
Go to the museum and present your card at the ticket counter (you can print it or keep it on your telephone). You’ll have free entrance to the museum and can enjoy your visit, discovering the territory around Siena.
If I purchase the card, will I still have to pay for a ticket?
Upon entering your first museum, present your FMS card digital voucher (you can print it or keep it on your telephone) to obtain your first free entrance. Keep your card, as you’ll need it to gain entrance to successive museums at a discounted price and take advantage of discounts at the bookshop.
How can I pay online?
Payment can be made by credit card through the Nexi system. The transaction is safe, and you will receive confirmation of payment at the e-mail address you enter at the time of purchase.
I filled out all the information but I can’t complete the online purchase – what should I do?
Upon completion of your purchase, click on “Download the voucher” to obtain your digital card with identifying code. If you still have problems, send an e-mail to: card@museisenesi.org.
I purchased the FMS card online but was unable to download the voucher. How can I recover it?
Your voucher is always available in your personal area on the TicketCloud site in the “Order History” section (to access it you’ll need to insert the email and password you entered when you registered). You can print your voucher or download it and keep it in digital form; you just need to present it at the ticket counter to obtain your discounts.
I purchased the card at the museum – how can I use it for entrance at other museums?
At the moment of purchase at the museum, you’ll be given an FMS card on paper with an identifying barcode. Keep your paper card: with it you can go to other participating museums and structures and obtain reduced-price entrance or discounts. You can also use the Stocard app to save the card on your telephone, adding it among your other cards with the label “FMScard musei senesi”.
